Let's learn some history

(989): no where in the syllabus does it say "no alcoholic beverages allowed"

Let's get you all caught up on my life:
-I have meant to get on here and write all about my wonderful hawaiian adventure for awhile now, but I have yet to upload my pictures, and I just can't dive into my spring break of fun unless I have pictures to go along with all my ramblings. I just can't.
-My mom's 50th birthday is this weekend!!! It will be my last weekend at Disneyland, for at lest 9 months if not more. (unless by chance I get to go to Disneyland in Paris, in which case I will recant that last statement). It is going to be a blast!!! I am so excited. SOOOOOOO excited. just want to emphasize that point. Another event that I will want to blog about, and will only do so if I make sure to download the pictures. So someone remind me?!?!?!
-The play is going well. I just submitted the first attack on Plnu, publicity wise I mean. I'm like a publicity Ninja. And soon I shall launch my second attack: covering the campus with posters. Millions and millions of posters. MUAHAHAHA. Sorry, got caught up. But rehearsals are awesome. I have a mild role, so I'm not too stressed, but trying to figure out my character is ridiculous. It's a challenge I assure you, but I hope I can pull it off.
- My history Professor is still the funniest guy ever. Like seriously, he makes me WANT to learn about history, and actually go to class. Who does that?? haha. To prove my point I have, again, jotted down a few of my favorite little sayings. Here are three of them (we were talking about Russia and how the Vikings actually established the first official government):

1) "Russian blood is like half vodka."
2) "The sun comes up at 10, and goes down at 2. It's dark all the time. Explains the whole vodka thing."
3) prof- "What are the Vikings interested in?"
student- "Plundering?"
prof- "well yeah, the Vikings like to plunder, ransack and destroy. Well, except for that Lyle one."

HAHAHAHAHA. No one really got the last one because it was a veggie tales reference, but I totally laughed out loud. I mean, hello? He just made a veggie tale reference in the middle of History class. I absolutely love him. Well, I guess that's all for now. Will update more soon, hopefully. After I download pictures. Yes, that is the goal.

PS happy belated St. Patrick's day! woohoo!

Aloha Oye!

(425): It was so delicious I was introducing it to people. Guy from my psych class was like "This is my girlfriend, Erica," and I was like, "This is my milkshake, Oreo."

I bet you it was a jack in the box Oreo milkshake.. those things are ridiculously yummy. And kind of deserve to be introduced to society. Speaking of milkshakes I am going to HAWAII for spring break which officially starts in three hours for me!!!
a) milkshakes really have nothing to do with hawaii but I think segues always sound cooler when you say, "Speaking of..." b) I won't be in Hawaii until tomorrow around 230... but I have no more responsibilities on this campus after I finish rehearsal at 330. Thus spring break starts. c) Spring break resolution: when I come back I will take notes in both my bible classes and read the alloted assignments. And pay attention. Mainly those three things.
1) I have to pack for hawaii. what does one pack to go to hawaii? I feel like I'm going to a different country.. which is obviously not the case, but I have this ridiculous packing problem. I always bring too much. ALWAYS. But its not because I purposefully like making my luggage as heavy as possible, no, it is because I LIKE having options when I get to the said destination. And apparently that's exactly what I am not going to have when I go to London. Why do I love clothes so much? And it's even funnier if you see me on a daily basis, because you would never guess I actually dress up.. I look like I belong on some farm in Oklahoma. Jeans and a tshirt everyday. Though sometimes those jeans are brightly colored, but still. My efforts in getting ready are equal to that of a 5 year old. What can I say, I'm a kid at heart. 2) Anyone seen blade runner? I have to write this rhetorical analysis on it and I would greatly appreciate any insight anyone may have on it... especially since I watched about 1/3 of it and was completely lost. Help?!?! 3) One of my lymphnodes is slightly swollen.
