ME (charity) @Glee and my thoughts

checked out Charity @Glee

It's about as simple as that :D but since I am already here I might as well blog about my life...
Because I only have two more weeks of being a junior in College, and then I am a senior. The top of the food chain yet again. Wait before I continue make sure you go vote first.. then come back and finish reading. :) Yeah.. I totally tried out for glee. Checked that off my bucket list. So you went and voted? Okay good..
So I bought this huge chocolate bar yesterday. Like seriously, it's the size of a half sheet of paper. 11 x 4 inches. You think Im joking.. but Im not. I felt the need to buy this chocolate bar yesterday, because I was craving chocolate. and Fresh and Easy has the best chocolate. So now my chocolate cravings have been fed, and I am left with the rest of the gigantic bar. Anyone care to have any? Just hit me up... I'll probably still have it.
So I am in the library right now, and this girl behind me is chewing gum. I have silencing head phones on.. and I can still hear her pop her gum. It's getting beyond annoying. I understand how that lady feels in cell block tango, the one who had the husband who continued to pop the gum? Yes, well I don't have a gun so we're all fine here. But it's totally tempting if I did have one. In the mean time I shall listen to some Glee. It will drown out the popping noise.
One more point I would like to discuss. I was in history again today and.. well he said some things that I would like to share with you. I just find his witty humor so refreshing.. because let's face it.. most GE professors make you want to blow your brains out.. which again.. don't have a gun so I'm currently safe from the urge. Here are two quotes:
"That new Robin Hood movie looks cool. Just remember that when they move in for those medieval kisses neither one of them had ever brushed their teeth. Ever. They were living with tooth decay."
Hahahaha. funny right? Totally gross.. but chuckle worthy.
second quote involves him talking about metaphors... I don't entirely remember the reference, but it's still pretty good out of context.
"Just like when it says God is a Rock, (leans over and whispers) God is not a rock. It's a metaphoric language!"
Again, I thought it was pretty darn hilarious. There was another funny thing he said today, but I have to post a picture with it otherwise those of you who have never been to point loma will not be able to understand it. And it's totally worth the wait. To think I only have three more history classes. It makes me sad :( But anyway, off to do homework? Yes, that sounds like a great plan. :)
PS just for those of you who did not pause your avid reading of my blog to go vote... go vote now... the blog is over.. and you are free to give me a gold star.
PPS apparently you cant vote anymore.. ahahaha. which makes half of my pleading on this blog null and void.. but I thought it was a funny blog so .. I have decided to leave it up there.. funny huh? You can still watch me though I guess.. If you're bored. ;) haha

What Happens When You Annoy Me...

(484): We couldnt tell if he was gay so we started working glee quotes into the conversation to see if he noticed

Not that I think any guy who watches glee is gay, because I do not think that is the case, however this tfln was kind of funny. hahaha. And speaking of Glee, I'm really over people complaining about it. Here are my rebuttals to a few of the latest comments:
1) "It's so unrealistic." -OBVIOUSLY it's not realistic. That's like saying high school musical is realistic. Or Fringe is realistic or Lost is realistic. The list of unrealistic shows is ridiculous. Even Reality TV series are sometimes unrealistic. So yes, I get it. It's unrealistic.
2) "It depicts high school in a very clique-y and stereotypical manner that can ultimately have a bad effect on today's teens." -Let's face it people, I think Glee is the least of our worries when it comes to the bad effects on people in general. High School can royally suck. And there are indeed stereotypes galore. Nothing unheard of. Please, watch the Secret Life of the American Teenager and then come back and tell me that Glee will have a bad effect on Today's teens.
3) "I don't like so and so's acting/ singing, they're so annoying." -Then don't watch the show. Or don't complain about it to people who do like so and so, because I guarantee they don't give a flying squirrel what you think. I.E. me.
I love Glee overall. Sure it's not perfect and I can get annoyed sometimes with certain aspects whether it's a character, plot, or song. But that is the same with any show I have liked. But if you come right on out and say that you just dislike a character based on nothing but your opinion, please don't share it with me. When you think up a multi million dollar show that not only gathers millions of people together every Tuesday to watch it, but also sell millions of songs on Itunes and CD's then I will listen to you complain. But until then, keep your annoying opinions to yourself.
Just Saying.

Lame

(256): I had a dream last night that I had sex with Abe Lincoln. I must stop watching the History Channel before I go to bed.

Speaking of dreams. I had a rather unpleasant one last night. It was incredibly lame and I am so not going to go into on here, but sometimes it makes me wonder about why we have dreams about certain things in the first place. Hmm.. curious.
Well I know I've been a horrible blogger lately.. I haven't even gotten back on here to write about my whole Hawaii vacay and other things since then. I guess I could just bring up the fact that the play is opening on Tuesday next week. Does it feel like we are ready? not really. not because it isn't going good, but more because it is nothing how fantastics was, because it was kind of nazi like.. where as this show has a flow of it's own.. But I am really excited. And I am more than happy that I have been given the chance to expand my acting abilities. I just hope I can make Doc proud, and do well.
I had a London meeting yesterday, and I was so excited. I have to do a project on St. Paul's Cathedral and The Comedy of Errors. I mean woohoo. Those are good topics. And I'm going to be in Europe when I talk about them! but then today happens and the wonderful girls I'm leaving behind were talking about the show that will be going up in the fall while I'm in England.. and I am more than just a little bummed.. Like it seriously has made me incredibly sad. I shouldn't be though, I am going to be in the one place I've dreamed of going to forever now. I think I am just being selfish right now. Lame. Well, this was a depressing post huh? I guess next time I'll just have to be happier. toodles.
